Here we have Runyon Canyon in Hollywood. It’s roughly a 4 mile hike, with CRAZY inclines.if you don’t mind getting your hands dirty, I highly recommend this hike. Just be sure to wear hiking shoes, or shoes you don’t mind getting dirty. This is not the hike you want to take a first date to.😂

1-Day a week I get a cheat day where I can eat anything I like. Today I went with the loaded potato brisket. It was such a big portion that I have dinner for tomorrow to. 😂

I’ve notice a lot of people not properly doing bicep curls. This can be dangerous, and lead to injury. Your body can sense this and finds ways for you to “cheat” through this difficult bottom half of the movement without you even realizing it.
One way it does that is by initiating each rep with a slight swing.
I’m sure we’ve all seen guys at the gym who take this to the extreme, but even just a slight swing at the bottom can make bicep curls feel much easier and enable you to use heavier weights.

Not sure if anyone likes leg day at the gym, I know I’m not the biggest fan. But Lunges are not particularly leg exercises, but it is related to whole lower body workup. Don’t forget to take a break between reps, crack a smile, and BREATH.
You only do as good as you feel.
When lifting heavy weights such that you're performing 10 reps or less, proper rest and recovery is essential for the activation of muscle fibers.
Longer rest periods (3–5 minutes) between sets lead to greater muscle growth and strength gains.
