Well-crafted naked yoga and fitness practices remove any sense of restriction from clothing, promoting a greater sense of freedom, confidence, and an enhanced appreciation for the body. Seeing and feeling the body as it stretches and moves from one pose to the next results in a more mindful, sensual and connected practice.
Aside from the well-known physiological benefits from practicing fitness, stress reduction, increased energy, enhanced overall strength, stamina and flexibility, improved respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine and brain function, naked yoga practitioners experience greater self-acceptance, appreciation and self-actualization. Feeling good psychologically is a powerful immune-booster, and everyone knows that when we feel better mentally, we feel better physically as well. Naked movement allows people to experience freedom from inhibitions, opinions of others and any shame about the body, which can lead to low energy and poor health. As you learn to love and respect yourself, negativity burns away and any of the physical repercussions from harboring or holding toxic emotions get resolved. The body, mind and spirit unite and heal, and you feel deeply energized, vital and calm.
Naked movement helps anyone who wishes to be free of the emotional shackles that prevent us from celebrating all that we are, and all that we can be.

It was where it all began…

Bringing back memories from Milan where sensuality met movement and I learned to luxuriate.
To describe the feeling of sensuality in movement:
Where my muscles squeezed and I felt them work through out my body. As I undulated my hips and opened my heart, sending pleasure ripple through my body. Where my breath groaned, I have never felt such freedom and sensuality before.
My hands pressed on the hard surface of the ground and my body swept over it. My flesh soft touched and glided over the hardness of the floor. My body opened and circled in sweat and wetness.
My mind raced and my muscle clenched on emptiness of the satisfaction of now, as I lowered to my stomach and felt my neck circle in ecstasy.
To luxuriate in movement...the magic of movement and sensuality meeting.
Have you felt like this before in movement?

Hi All
Just wanted to check in and see how you all are?
I am working really hard to provide everything I can to teach, move, art and knowledge through my platforms.
I wanted to see how you are enjoying it and if you had any feedback or suggestions comment below?
This is an openhearted community on each platform. I give my heart and soul in all and I want to answer your questions, help with your desired learning and teachings and creating art but I cannot do it without your feedback. I do most of it myself plus work so it is a lot and want to make sure what I put in you enjoy.
I also want to thank you for being here.
I know you do not see the ripple effect.
So far thanks to your support I have been able to go home to Australia for the first time in 3 years at xmas and see my mum and dad.
I am planning my next retreat in Portugal with @audriasana love to see you there. DM for special price currently going. Last retreat was a big learning curve. We taught for free and lost money. I hope this year I can teach and break even. My dream is to do more in person events. You have helped me to grow in this direction. I would really love to see some of you join us in Portugal for our art and movement retreat like last time it was amazing. There is opportunity to do photoshoots with us and alone, work one on one with us and do our classes and spend time with us outside of classes on general leisure actives. It is a really amazing offering.
Also thank you also for helping me with my day to day life paying the bills, my daughters school fees etc with your support where you choose to place it. A like and a comment also makes a huge difference more than words can say.
Without you all none of this would be possible. I am so grateful. I know you just see a person online and you do not see my struggles and trials and tribulations.
This year has been heartbreaking in many ways and I have also grown, learned and had many blessings.
I have dealt with a major injury about 70% recovered, I have dealt with struggles to pay some bills and figure out my taxes moving to a different country after job loses due to covid last year in Switzerland. I have dealt with my parents being unwell and my mum losing her memory for some time. Language Barries and cultural challenges that have made me feel a failure, loneliness and isolations from starting a new life with no much support in a foreign country etc.
These are just a few things you cannot see and all in all to say life is still a blessing but I want you to know that I am not just a face online I am like you human trying to walk side by side everyone and figure this out with you all. I work a few jobs to get by and do this so I want you to know I feel you in the day to day struggles but I am also very much into supporting you, building a community as I work to and provide and am here.
I want to connect and grow together. My dream to help as many people as I can.
Sending all the love and gratitude.
Blessings Rhy xo

We live in a world and grow up in a world where we are bombarded with unrealistic expectations, images of the human form (the body) and love. We spend more time trying to find something outside of us or someone then we do building a bond with ourselves and respect for ourselves.
We spend more time desiring another than we do desiring ourselves.
We spend more time hiding our life and bodies than we do uncovering and discovering them.
Most of us know that nobody can complete us, only we have that power. The answers we are looking for are within us.
Most of us know that our looks, our weight, the numbers, our physical form will always change and that is not what keeps lasting happiness.
However most of us still move timidly and shyly or judgingly in the direction of freedom for the messages that remind us that we are our bodies and our bodies are not worthy enough. And all the words we lose our self love with are generally not our words, they are the words of the world and others that drown out our own words of love, respect and kindness that makes us feel at home in our bodies.
This is me - unedited, no makeup and in the middle of my training and filming for more videos for my workouts and yoga on P@treon.
My muscles do not reflect my beauty. They reflect my body's movement patterns.
My wrinkles and red skin do not reflect my beauty. They reflect a life and body I am living in and with.
My body does not tell you about my life, my hard work, my challenges or my heart aches, nor does it show you I'm beautiful or not. My body simply is my home that I share my life physically with the world. This is all I have and the only body I was given to do so. I did not choose it. However I can design it and make it work for me and with me by what I do each day with my mind, body and soul and put in it.
My body does not show the hate that is given to me every day for sharing who I am or just simply being human. My body does not show the love that is shared with me that keeps me going on the days I struggle.
My body is simply a vessel that is a reflection of my genetics, my life and parts of my inner thoughts but not all.
However the truth is with energy and self love there is no filter for these - self love and energy are what truly matter.
Developing a stronger bond with ourselves is a lifetime goal.
We need to learn to feel our own bodies and the heat of desire from wanting to experience all they give and have to offer us.
We want to spill out from our clothes not for the world or others but for the kind of love for ourselves that we often want to feel with another.
Self love is transcending, it moves us to another realm.
However, to move forward out of our fears and limitations we must learn to want to love our own home so deeply that it is intoxicating.
We enter the spiritual existence not through being body positivity or confident or sharing or not. It is about simply accepting who we are and owning it every moment. That does not have a look, it is a feel.
It does not come from achieving something or being something more, it comes from being here and now as we are unapologetically sitting with it all.
It is a process that starts off by going gently into the world of self love and energy and moving to a place of rough fierce desire to experience it all over time.
Our eye contact is strong with ourselves not others, our bodies open, legs spread, arms wide, bodies free taking it all in, this experience of life for us. Our fingers grasping, feeling and rippling across the ocean of skin we see with acceptance…from our soul being touched by the tip of our own self love and kind energy.
So we come out of this room, this experience, this moment, this life a different person then the one the world, others, expectations and life curate for us. We come out of this being who we were always meant to be.

Happy Monday whats your goals this week?
There is a new dance up in p@treon link in socials
This move at the beginning marks a special reminder to me.
In January this year I damaged my cervical spin. I lost my ability to pole dance, to push up, to pike, straddle and stalder press. I lost all strength in my left arm. For one month I could not sleep because the pain radiating in my shoulder and arm.
It was funny I was simply sitting on the floor about to start a press handstand and I turned my head and pop my neck went. Life is an adventure.
You'd think with all the training I do I would have a fancy story like being in a funny bendy position. However, nope just chilling on the floor.
You see injuries often occur in every day life. Injuries are apart of life just like walking down the street and we trip over. Or many of us as we hit our 30s wake up with a stiff back or neck.
The body is complex and that is why doing our best to work on our real wealth our health is important. So we can prevent as much issues as possible, recover well when things happen and keep in life as we journey through it without limitations. It is not all about the fancy poses and 6 packs. It is simply being able to have a tool for life.
For the last few months I have been fighting with the belief I will heal and get better. I have struggled to re learn push ups, do rehab and teach which is one of my jobs. I could not afford not to teach. However that is life. Some parts are real strugglesville. On socials we often see none of the struggles.
I have been sharing my journey on socials without many skills I love to do. It has been tough keeping myself positive.
It has humbled me and broken me down to a new level of upward spiral of kindness and compassion.
Over the months of have been doing rehab, studying many new techniques for handstands, backbends, body weight movements and also mobility and learning about ways to build a more sound body.
I have been putting in many hours of all the foundations.
Yesterday was the first time I could do this pole trick again. One month ago was the first time I could complete a few push ups and now I can complete 10 -20 again with reasonable ease. 2 weeks ago I finally got my pike press in handstands back. I am still working on my stalder press and chin stand.
I have been doing a lot of foundational weight lifting, bodyweight, rehab and band work. I have been developing stronger glutes and shoulders. I have been learning how press handstands have a pattern. When and how the shoulders move in each press and hips. I have been learning how to open my hip flexors in backbends. All of this to say I continue to learn and grow and rewire my patterns every day however now, more than ever.
We never truly know the journey of another offline. So for all those who are going through it I wanted to share mine a little deeper so you know you are not alone. Lets remember to never compare ourselves to others journey as we cannot see the work or suffering that exists. For those of you who have experienced injury or having to regain or build their fitness and feel like it will never happen. I feel you but know with time and compassion towards ourselves the only constant is change and it will. We just have to let go of expectations and enjoy the journey and work with quality over quantity.
The worst will become better and the better will become worst. That is life constant change.
One of the highlights of this injury is it has given me a new respect for my body, the journey of growth and lessons about how to move my body. I now know more about a press handstand and its patterns than I ever did before.
I now know more about how to invert on pole and safely then I ever did before.
Truly it has been some of the hardest months of my life and humbling.
However from this and rising from it. I am learning to become a better mover and teacher. Moments like this success on the pole, getting my pike press back, being able to do push ups again, sleep without pain and move more free and strongly remind me of all the pain and suffering is worth the wait and hard work for unexpected successes that crop up into our journeys.
Tell me a challenge you've not shared or had this year, you are still working through or got through?

She has lost herself as if she is lost in two completely different and upside-down worlds, nothing is as it seems or what the world outside of her assumes. She often feels lost, as if she doesn't belong anywhere, she searches for a sense of clarity and purpose hoping to find herself amidst the chaos of her thoughts and the worlds loud voices. She knows the key to finding herself lies within the mysteries of her inner world, and she knows there is something deeper that she can discover. As she navigates this unfamiliar terrain of her life each day. She begins to see the world through new eyes and discovers hidden beauty in unexpected life events. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, but she knows deep down that no matter what happens, she'll find her way back to her true self.
What is naked yoga?
Naked yoga (also called nagna yoga) is simply, the practice of yoga without clothes. It has been a spiritual practice in India since ancient times, and today is performed throughout the world by people from all walks of life who wish to explore the freedom of yoga without restrictions, fears, or insecurities.
What are the benefits of Naked Yoga?
The benefits of Naked Yoga are numerous, but one of the most widely reported effects is a greater mind-body connection. It can be a great tool for those wishing to increase body positivity and self-love, as it encourages acceptance and appreciation of the body in its most open and vulnerable state. When the barriers of clothing are removed you can become more keenly aware of your body’s connection to its environment, such as its weight on the surface of the earth, the temperature of the air around you, and the sensations within the body itself, all of which open a greater pathway for mindfulness. While Naked Yoga is not intended to be a sexualized experience, it can inspire feelings of increased desire as you begin to shed inhibitions and connect more deeply with your inner-self.
What if I don’t feel comfortable being naked?
You are certainly not required to be naked when following naked yoga videos. Though the videos I am sharing on p@treon link in socials of naked yoga I am practicing without clothes, the exercises can be performed comfortably with clothing on as well. Each video is designed to be enjoyed in the privacy of your own home and at your own pace.
How much experience do I need to do Naked Yoga?
Everyone can enjoy naked yoga! Teachigns are designed for yogis of all experience levels, from beginner to expert. I recommend consulting your doctor before embarking on any new fitness journey, especially if you are pregnant or have a chronic injury or illness.
Do I need to be flexible to start Naked Yoga practice?
Absolutely not. Many people begin their yoga journey with the goal of increasing their flexibility, so whatever your current flexibility level may be, that’s just fine! We all have to start somewhere. While you will certainly increase strength and flexibility over time if you consistently practice yoga, it’s important to go slowly and not cause yourself an injury by pushing beyond your limits. Becoming more flexible isn’t necessarily comfortable, but it shouldn’t be painful. Be patient with yourself and listen to your body as you go.
Why practice yoga naked?
There is a sense of freedom practicing yoga naked. While many equate being naked with sex, this couldn't be further from the truth in a naked yoga class. It's about being comfortable in your own skin and the amazing confidence that comes with it. It's about knowing, accepting and loving yourself at your core. Part of yoga is to honor and connect with your body. Practicing yoga naked frees you from negative feelings about your body and allows to to be more accepting and deeper connected with yourself and the world around you.
What if I get an erection?
It rarely happens, but when it does it's okay and nothing to be embarrassed about. It will pass quickly. Erections happen for a lot of reasons and are not limited to sexual attraction. Yoga moves a lot of energy throughout the body and sometimes erections happen. But once we start moving, there is no way an erection could be sustained, because of the physical nature of Yoga.
I don't have the perfect body, will I feel out of place?
Being naked is a fear a lot of people have and being naked and practicing yoga can be intimidating. Our society is driven by an unrealistic ideal of physical beauty, which can fuel an array of insecurity and self-doubt. Most people don't have the body of a model or the digitally enhanced pictures we see on socials, we hold ourselves to those standards. One of the reasons I offer Naked Yoga classes is to help you gain confidence by accepting and loving your body as it is. It can be a very healing experience.
Can yoga help insomnia?
Yes it can. Yoga helps to balances the body's melatonin levels, the chemical which regulates your body clock. Physical exertion and mental concentration of yoga helps to relax your body and reduce stress.
Will the classes promote weight loss?
Many people find their weight finds a healthier level through our classes. For some people this means they lose weight, for others they gain weight. Remember that weight is not a good way to judge health and fitness. Especially as our classes help strengthen muscles and muscle weighs more than fat.
Why is it important not to eat heavy meals right before class?
Some people may feel nauseous if they have eaten a meal 2 to 3 hours before coming to class. Other people can eat half an hour before practicing and feel fine. If your stomach has food in it during class, the movement and postures might cause the food to pushup against your cardiac valve at the top of the stomach. in the long term, this might damage your cardiac valve.
Why is it important to drink lots of water before and after class?
Drinking water is the single most important thing you can do for your health. Our bodies are 80% water and most of us are dehydrated already. Every cell of our body contains and relies on water to function properly. Working out, it is important to be fully hydrated before class and re-hydrate after class.

I don’t believe in one particular form of hand positioning for handbalancing. Some people balance with completely flat hands. Meanwhile others use different styles of tenting, or spider fingers. While others on the other hand, has developed a pyramid (or cupping) style grip on the floor. While there is likely unique, underlying biomechanical reasons that each person having a different style, we can make some generalizations about what makes these three major hand positions useful. Like with hand width, we encourage you to play with all of them to discover which suits your style best.

No edits, just me as I train this morning.
I completed a Backbend session for 45 mins working on ankle grab and Chinstand.
30 min Conditioning for walkovers gymnastic style. I have never trained in gymnastics. I want to learn better control with momentum. So this is why I am training in this style.
Followed by a 30 min glute activation session to deepen my middle splits and create better pelvic activation and a fully body 45 min workout with dumbbells for chest, core and legs.
I got up at 5am to make time before work. Feeling done and dusted but happy I did it.
It had me reflecting as I worked out and here are my journaled thoughts…
Every day I wake up wishing to see myself with kinder eyes, love myself and accept myself more.
My internal world is not always peaceful like most of us humans.
It is so often stirred by the outside world's voices of all the things I am not and why I am not worthy.
If people were to connect with me in person.
They would not see a confident beauty that had it all figured out.
They would see an unedited person walking side by side with everyone on this earth. Often shy and goofy trying to get by.
My mind often dreams like so many. My dreams are of easier days, more kindness, love and more answers to have life figured out just like many of us.
They would see an ordinary girl working hard to accept, love herself and deal with her past.
They would see a girl who knows deep down that the grace and ease she dreams of always exists within her. In the world of letting go, healing, an upward spiral of kindness, self compassion and love.
They would see a girl that some days has it figured out and seems to get it right and other days a girl whose darkness takes her on paths of healing and challenge she'd rather not be on.
They would see a girl whose beauty does not fit the definition of beauty or make everyone see her as beautiful. She is simply a girl learning that beauty is not a definition. But instead a becoming of blooming to be who you truly are and those outside voices are by no definition you. No matter how hard they are to let go of and who they are saying you are, as they invade your mind's thoughts. We as humans must always try to remember our beauty and worth is about becoming or relearning who we are and sharing that unapologetically.
What she struggles with most in life is she is a giver and a kind soul and is walked on often. Also because what she shares is real and unedited many misjudge her and place stories that are not hers on her life creating barriers of connection. Her heart is big but raw and open, feeling hers and others struggles. She wishes she could wave a magic wand so we could all be kinder, heal and see each other's hearts and souls more. Instead of the barriers and reasons why we can’t connect, heal and work together.
She is a girl who does not understand why we are all competing, why so much hatred/fear, why numbers make us worthy or not and why we cannot rise by celebrating each other. It feels simple to her but the world does not remind us we are in this together, it reminds us of all the ways we are disconnected.
If they were to truly see her they would see a simple girl in a woman's body wishing for more love and kindness from the outside world and knowing at the same time she is the hero of this story. She must choose her true responsibility for how she responds to everything. She must remain focused on working on that love and kindness in an imperfect world, in an imperfect body and imperfect mind within herself, because that is all she can do.

Fitness have never been a destination for me.
It’s always been a daily process that helps with my mental health and physical health.
Fitness is medicine and is the one thing I can do daily to assist me being well and healthy in my life. Working on my real wealth my health through fitness is a gift and must.
The older I get the more important it becomes.
After a kid the ripple effect is really highlighted how if we do not help ourselves we can never help those around us. Just like putting a mask on first in a plane.
At 20 fitness looked different to late 30s.
However fitness is and will always be a part of the journey for me, to be able create a joyful and good life for me.
I do not have time. I make time. Because we make time for what is important. It is never easy choosing but I’ve learned the hard way through depression and mental health challenges, it is a must for me. It is one thing that makes me feel better I can do.
At 20 fitness was about focusing on the outside because I didn’t understand that ripple effect for others or my mental health so well. I did notice that it helped me stay calm and full of energy. However, it’s main focus was always about being better than yesterday, faster, stronger and do more.
Now in my late 30s it’s about quality, feeling better and moving more efficiently.
Sure I can do more now than in my 20s but thats not what it’s about. In my late 30s, it’s about I can feel well in a body that is giving me the gift to create life and do the things I need and want to do whilst enjoying it.
What does fitness look and feel like for you?
Has it changed over the years?
Is it and internal or an external focus?
Happy Thai New Year

5 Reasons you'll love naked yoga and fitness.- Great read
1. It Honors the Body and Encourages Positive Body Image Naked yoga helps you discover an entirely new way of looking at your own body, inspiring you to take pride and pleasure in your unique physique and capabilities. It teaches you to embrace your imperfections and open your heart to yourself and to the world with courage and confidence. For people who suffer from low self-esteem and poor body image, when they practice without clothing in a safe, nurturing environment, they come to appreciate their bodies and understand that their feelings of shame are not their own, but a kind of inherited mind-state that comes as a result of societal judgments. Naked yoga helps anyone who wishes to be free of the emotional shackles that prevent us from celebrating all that we are, and all that we can be.
2. It Furthers the Mind-Body-Spirit Connection
Well-crafted naked yoga practices remove any sense of restriction from clothing, promoting a greater sense of freedom, confidence, and an enhanced appreciation for the body. Seeing and feeling the body as it stretches and moves from one pose to the next results in a more mindful, sensual and connected practice. And when we are connected to ourselves, we are able to cultivate an inner awareness that leads us to a place where we can transcend earthly concerns and embrace a higher consciousness. Also, when we consider the role that clothing has played in society, it seems to be in direct opposition to the spirit of yoga, which speaks to “oneness” and union. By design, clothing reminds us of our differences, and serves as a distraction that leads us away from a central yogic principle: the commonality of all living things, which inspires peace, compassion and dedication to spirit.
3. It Has Innumerable Health Benefits
Aside from the well-known physiological benefits from practicing yoga, stress reduction, increased energy, enhanced overall strength, stamina and flexibility, improved respiratory, cardiovascular, endocrine and brain function, naked yoga practitioners experience greater self-acceptance, appreciation and self-actualization. Feeling good psychologically is a powerful immune-booster, and everyone knows that when we feel better mentally, we feel better physically as well. Naked yoga allows people to experience freedom from inhibitions, opinions of others and any shame about the body, which can lead to low energy and poor health. As you learn to love and respect yourself, negativity burns away and any of the physical repercussions from harboring or holding toxic emotions get resolved. The body, mind and spirit uniteand heal, and you feel deeply energized, vital and calm.
4. It’s Genuinely Sexy
While naked yoga in its true form has little to do with society’s preconceived notions of sex or eroticism, make no mistake: naked yoga is sexy. It’s the sort of sexy that comes from inside, when someone feels authentically connected, confident, and alive. Naked yoga gives people permission to feel joyful and radiant, at home in their own skin, blissfully unselfconscious and aware. It encourages practitioners to claim their birthright: freedom and happiness, and to uncover their most primal, powerful, sacred, sensual, integrated, original selves. And that’s truly sexy.
5. It Makes the World a More Peaceful Place
The practice inspires self-love and acceptance, and these effects ripple out in concentric circles of compassion and kindness. You will cultivate love and compassion, and be so moved by your own discoveries, that you’ll be inspired to share this sacred sense of celebration with others, and as a result, the world becomes a kinder, more compassionate, more peaceful place because they teach us how to harness the transformative kundalini shakti, our sacred life force, while experiencing the freedom of moving through space without clothing to restrict our movement, and more importantly, free of shame that restricts our souls.

There is over 1-2 years of streaming content available for you. Join top tiers to experience fully nude workouts and yoga.
This type of workout is perfect for anyone who’s at a beginner level and also for the advance as foundations are a must to progress and not get injured.
If you’re someone who can walk up a flight of stairs without taking long breaks (even if you get totally out of breath), and have an ok mobility then this workout is for you. There’s no exercise equipment needed for this program, which is very convenient, because you can take this style of workout anywhere.
Workouts like this will help you develop some basic strength and cardio as well as mobility. I have workouts for each day available and yoga with over a years worth of content. 15-20 minutes long on average so it can fit into your day, some longer included in yoga and workouts too. If you’re coming from a sedentary lifestyle, then weight-loss can be a side effect of your daily exercise, especially if you support your training with a low carb, whole food diet.
If you’re not interested in weight loss, then make sure to eat regularly, don’t skip meals and add more protein to your diet to support muscle growth.
It all sounds very serious, but I can assure you that you’re going to have a lot of fun with this program 🙂

Did you know every time I do a photoshoot it makes me see myself with more love. However every time I post the outside world often disturbs my love with judgment and assumption. It is so important to listen and nourish your internal world because that is where you find your love and strength or it can be destroyed by the outside world.
